Daisy..S started as a one-woman operation with a grill, a dream, and a stubborn refusal to serve anything she wouldn't feed her own family. That standard hasn't changed — not when we've grown into the food truck Hallettsville relies on.
We source locally whenever we can. Our produce comes from Texas farms, our spices are blended in-house, and every sauce on the menu is made from scratch that morning. The menu changes with the seasons because good food shouldn't be stuck on a calendar.
